Who Am I?
If you have followed several teachers and ideas, names and dates may begin to blur—and a recurring structure in the inquiry itself may come into view.
Again and again, the familiar sense of “me” is questioned: as thought, as defended story, as clinging, as incomplete identity. Again and again, different traditions answer differently—not-self, Self, psychological wholeness, freedom from the known, ethical surrender, abiding in “I am.”
This page softens proper names so the pattern is easier to notice. It is an observation aid. You can return to any teacher at full depth whenever you choose.
